We would like to remind all owners about HOA common area parking rules. All parking on the streets and common area are intended to be reserved for guests and visitors. Each townhome unit has four parking stalls that includes two in the garage and two in the driveway. If a townhome owner parks their vehicle for more than 7 consecutive days in any common area, the HOA reserves the right to tow the vehicle. This HOA rule can be found under item 10 in the covenants.
