Dear Prairie Village North Homeowner:
The Prairie Village North HOA would like to welcome you to the neighborhood and congratulate you on the purchase of your new home! By purchasing a home here, you automatically become a member of the Prairie Village North Townhomes homeowner association. As such, you get the benefit of everything the association has to offer such as lawn care, snow removal and private streets and commons areas.
A homeowners association is a non-profit corporation registered with the State of Nebraska and managed by a duly elected Board of Directors. Homeowners associations require homeowners to be members as a part of a covenant included in their purchase agreement. The board is responsible for overseeing daily functions and financial responsibilities of the association and enforcing rules within the covenant and bylaws. Please take some time to read through the bylaws and covenants linked at the bottom of this page.
Some important events:
- Trash pickup occurs on Tuesday mornings
- Mowing is on Friday mornings
- Please make sure your sprinklers are off and your yard is picked up
- Yearly HOA meeting is usually the first Sunday in April
Our HOA website is: https://prairievillagenorthtwh.com/ and has important information that includes announcements, copies of the bylaws and covenants, meeting agenda and minutes, contact information, newsletters, and directions for electronic bill pay.
Owners of townhomes are required to pay $90 a month to the association. HOA dues are due on the 1st of each month. If dues are not paid by the 15th of the month, a late fee will be assessed to the amount due to the HOA. Please make checks payable to Prairie Village North Townhomes and send or drop off at:
