Fall 2025 Mowing Update

Mowing Update, July 4th
Good afternoon neighbors! The HOA Board got notified that our yard service will not be in the neighborhood on the usual Friday this week, due to Independence Day. Instead, they will be working extra hours on Thursday, July 3 2025 so please pick up your dog waste by Wednesday night Thank you for your cooperation!

As it gets darker out
The HOA was recently made aware that there was some vandalism in the area south of us near Leighton street, and as a deterrent it might be a good idea to leave outdoor lights on overnight. Thank you!

Street Maintenance
Street cracks will be filled this Friday. Cones will block the side of the street that the road crew is working on, and the sealant takes approximately 20 minutes to dry. Please do not drive over the blocked areas. Thank you for your help!
