The Townhome Association has 3 common areas. These common areas are private property that belong to the association. As such, we need to be mindful regarding keeping the areas clean. This includes trash and pet pick up. If you notice someone using or putting trash on the property who is not an association member please contact the Board.

The commons area on Colt Avenue has a gazebo and trees to make a park area for our residents. This park area is private property and for use by residents and their guests.

For now, the gazebo is first come first serve. However, if you would like to reserve it for a special event, please let the Board know. We are excited to keep this place for residents to bring family and friends.

Some brief reminders:

1. Please clean up after yourself and your guests. There is currently no trash service for the commons area.
2. Please be mindful of other residents while using the gazebo.
3. Please pick up after any pets in the common areas.
