A homeowners association is a non-profit corporation registered with the State and managed by a duly elected Board of Directors.  Homeowners associationsrequire homeowners to be members as a part of a covenant included in their purchase agreement.

Part of being a member of the HOA is paying dues so that we may keep providing services such as lawn care and snow removal. Dues are $90 a month.  HOA dues are due on the 1^st of each month. If dues are not paid by the 15^th of the month, a late fee will be assessed to the amount due to the HOA.  Please make checks payable to Prairie Village North Townhomes and send or drop off to:
