All turf areas will be mowed weekly, usually on Fridays.  Height of cut will depend on species and local conditions.  If it rains heavily or we experience extended dry periods, your yard may be mowed more or less than usual.  With each mowing, your yard will be trimmed around all buildings and other obstacles within the area. Please pick up/remove all objects and pet waste from grass areas prior to mowing day and be sure your yard is not watered on Fridays.

Fences: If you have a fenced in backyard, please ensure the gate is unlocked when the mowing crew arrives.  Otherwise, your yard will not be maintained for that particular week(s), which neither party would prefer.

If inclement weather or any other circumstance may arise where the mowing crew is unable to mow on Friday, they will mow either the day prior or the next available day.
