    Friday October 31, 2025 was the last mow of the season. They will be back in approximately 2 weeks to do a leaf cleanup like last year. Please keep watching for further scheduling updates!

  • Mowing Update, July 4th

    Good afternoon neighbors! The HOA Board got notified that our yard service will not be in the neighborhood on the usual Friday this week, due to Independence Day. Instead, they will be working extra hours on Thursday, July 3 2025 so please pick up your dog waste by Wednesday night Thank you for your cooperation!

  • Gunsmoke Drive Will Be Closed on July 4th…

    …for our 4th of July Block Party! HOA members and their families are invited to sit out in Gunsmoke Drive from 5pm to midnight on July 4th, 2025 and enjoy a neighborhood potluck!
