On Monday October 12th the yards in our HOA will be aerated.

If you are wanting aeration done please have your lawn marked and ready by 8am.

If you are not wanting your yard to be aerated, you don’t have to worry about any of this!

The aeration machine requires a minimum of 37 inches to access yards behind any gate. Yardworx will be unable to complete aeration if your lawn has stairs, significant drop-offs, or steep slopes.

Please note: If our machine needs to drive over any landscaping to complete the service, damage may occur. Yardworx and the HOA are not responsible for such damage.

Customer Preparation Requirement
If you would like your yard aerated, by Monday October 12th at 8am homeowners are required to:

1. Mark/Flag any items that could be damaged by the aeration machine, including:
   Sprinkler heads
   Underground downspouts/pop-ups
   Valve boxes
   Drainage emitters
2. If you have an underground dog fence, please:
   Spray paint the lines for visibility. We will maintain a 2-foot distance from marked lines.
   Notify us ahead of time to ensure proper precautions.
3. Clear the lawn of any obstacles, including:
   Toys
   Furniture
   Anything else in your yard
   Animal droppings
4. Do not water your lawn 24 hours before our visit. Excessively wet soil will prevent us from completing the service.
   
   We appreciate your cooperation in preparing your lawn for aeration. These steps are crucial to providing the best service and avoiding any unnecessary issues.
